Team leaders can manage their team’s competency scores on a monthly basis. Team competency module enables creating performance metrics for a team member on a monthly basis. Performance evaluation criterias might be different for each team and also might include daily task completion hours.

A new monthly performance report creation
Team Competency Value Entry Screen for a given team for a given month. Team competency might include average hours calculated based on the completed task hours.
Once edited, reviewed and approved; Team Competency Report gets published. Publishing a monthly report will trigger sending emails to team members along with a report card.

Once Monthly Team Competency Report Card gets published, managerial team receives an email similar to below indicating team competency scores for a given team for a given month:
Task types can be defined and assigned to different teams as seen below. Task type is appointed an average duration to be used for daily task completion total hours.
Each team member records the number of completed tasks on a given day. Total hours accomplished are calculated based on the appointed task hours for each task type. Average number of hours for each day contributes as a parameter to Team Competency Performance metric calculation.
